For the renovation of P.S. 124, JMKON is overseeing all scheduling aspects in partnership with Jaysan. After submitting a well-structured baseline schedule that meets SCA requirements, we continue to manage the timeline with a strong focus on accuracy and timely updates.

This project includes demolition, installing new finishes, and upgrading mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. By providing clear and consistent monthly updates, we keep the renovation process smooth and predictable.
