As JMKON, we are deeply involved in a collaborative effort with JEMECO on the UHB Electrical System Upgrade project.
Within this partnership, our responsibilities entail managing the contract, which encompasses providing monthly project updates, identifying any disparities between planned and actual work, and overseeing the submission of necessary Extensions of Time and Cost Claims.
