At JMKON, we contributed to the REI Store Interior by developing the baseline schedule, providing a structured plan for efficient project execution. This 27,609-square-foot retail renovation required careful coordination across multiple trades, including electrical, low-voltage systems, signage, and store fixtures. Our baseline schedule established a clear roadmap for the project’s timeline, ensuring all activities were strategically planned to support a smooth and timely construction process.
