JMKON is excited to collaborate with Jaysan on the P.S. 16 renovation, taking the lead on all scheduling activities. From the outset, we develop a comprehensive baseline schedule approved according to SCA specifications, ensuring a clear roadmap for the project.

The P.S. 16 renovation covers demolition, enhanced finishes, and significant updates to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Our role includes providing ongoing, detailed monthly reports to track the project’s progress and maintain its timeline.
