Gateway West Project

At JMKON, we are deeply involved in a collaborative effort with TITAN on the Gateway West project.

Within this partnership, our responsibilities encompass a range of critical tasks. We manage the contract, delivering comprehensive monthly updates on project progress and performance.

We also closely monitor the project to identify any discrepancies between the planned schedule and actual progress, oversee the submission of necessary extensions for time and cost claims.

For this project, which involves the construction of transmission towers, we also adjust the baseline schedule to accommodate disruptions caused by adverse weather conditions. This adjustment ensures that the schedule remains realistic and achievable, allowing for effective planning and execution despite unforeseen challenges.
